Description
Blend de Provence Roasted Chicken. Mix 2 TBS + 1 tsp of my blend with 3 TBS of olive oil in a small bowl. Pat dry the chicken. Use a small teaspoon to place the marinade underneath the skin and thigh area by gently massaging to spread it around and reserve some for the top of the chicken. I wear food-grade rubber gloves. You will experience a very moist and delicious roasted chicken that bursts with flavor!
