Hello everyone! My name is Sandy, and I am the creator of Blend de Provence. I have created an all-purpose gourmet seasoning for you that pairs well with just about every kind of food that you can imagine.

You will see that the first ingredient in descending order of weight is not salt like most spice blends. A nominal amount of kosher salt is in my blend. The dried lemon peel and granulated garlic will be the predominant flavors along with the very sweet-tasting freeze-dried shallots and herbs. My unique and complex blend consists of high-quality ingredients and will add a burst of flavor to your dishes. I highly recommend adding the blend after cooking meats and seafoods. Shake well before each use.
