Fried green tomatoes with my Blend de Provence sprinkled on top. Devine!
Cucumbers
Cucumbers sliced very thin topped with my blend. Add to salads, make a vinaigrette, make a bread dip by cubing a baguette and add olive oil and blend to rival restaurant ones.
Pork Chops
Pan-seared center cut pork chops seasoned with my blend and a little more sprinkled on top afterwards. My blend is also great on steaks and many other meats.
Shrimp
Shrimp and angel hair pasta. Add extra virgin olive oil and my blend to taste. A restaurant-worthy dinner is made without a restaurant price!
Blend de Provence Chicken
Blend de Provence Roasted Chicken. Mix 2 TBS + 1 tsp of my blend with 3 TBS of olive oil in a small bowl. Pat dry the chicken. Use a small teaspoon to place the marinade underneath the skin and thigh area by gently massaging to spread it around and reserve some for the top of the chicken. I wear food-grade rubber gloves. You will experience a very moist and delicious roasted chicken that bursts with flavor!
